Hi, I’m Dr. Prerak Arya, a physiotherapist with over 13 years of experience, especially in sports physiotherapy. I completed my BPTh from IAMR and went on to do my MPTh in Sports Physiotherapy from DYP University.

Over the years, I’ve worked with various sports teams and events like the Roll Ball World Cup, Kabaddi, badminton, swimming, and football clubs like Pune FC and Pune City FC. I’ve also had the chance to work with leading companies like Wipro and Accenture.

Along with a few like-minded friends, I started the Society of Physiotherapists—a group created to support and bring together physiotherapists. Today, we’re proud to have over 500 members and continue to grow.

While I’m passionate about building the profession, I also stay connected to my roots. I continue to treat and help patients at Shradha Rehab and Wellness.
